Terms of Service

By installing or using the Audessa Chrome extension, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.

Use of the extension

Audessa is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to listen to articles on any website you have permission to access. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use Audessa in any way that violates applicable law.

No warranty

Audessa is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Voice availability depends on your browser and operating system.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audessa and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension.

Third-party content

Audessa reads content from third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of that content. Responsibility for website content remains with the respective publishers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
